Build a professional career in an employee-owned firm.
Tatham Engineering was named one of Canada\u2019s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2026. We recruit engineers, technologists, surveyors and administrative professionals across all six of our Ontario offices.
Ownership, responsibility and technical breadth.
Because the firm is entirely employee-owned, staff have a direct interest in the quality of the work and the long-term health of the business. Career progression is based on demonstrated technical competence and professional judgement rather than tenure alone.
Our project portfolio spans municipal infrastructure, buildings, water and environmental engineering, land development and construction administration. Staff are given exposure across disciplines and are supported through the licensure process by senior practitioners within their group.
The firm pays professional association dues and licence fees, funds continuing education, and provides a structured mentorship relationship for every early-career employee.
